Obliques mainly depends upon the body fat. It means that if a person has very less body fat his/her obliques will be more clearly visible. If your obliques are not not clearly visible  it's probably because your body fat percentage is high. So the primary step should be to decrease the amount of body fat by including cardio in your workout. But if you workout at home and don't like cardio here are few best exercises for side obliques and to make perfect looking V-Shaped abs 

1. SIDE PLANK

When it comes to obliques side ways plank is basically the best exercise. It also increases the core strength. Perform 3 sets of this exercise on each side.
Time Duration: 45 - 60 seconds for beginners
                          1 - 2 minutes for intermediates
                          2 - 4 minutes for advanced






 2. SIDE BEND

You would have seen aged people are advised by gym trainers to perform side bends. Side bends actually helps in reducing the belly fat and makes the obliques more visible. If you have a weight at your home use it otherwise do it without weight. You just have to bend on left side and touch knee by your left hand fingers, then come up and bend right side to touch the right knee with right hand fingers but make sure your core should be tight throughout the process. Perform 3 sets of 30 repetitions each side.
                                           

3. WIPERS

Lay down on floor or on a mat open your arms wide and bring your legs to vertical position and move from side to side just like twisting your core. 3 sets of 20 repetition each side will be enough to make your core burn.
